The Lanark Village Boat Club Incorporated (Boat Club) was formed in 1961 as a non-profit social club and continues to be an important part of the Lanark Village community. In addition to operating the boat launching facilities, the Boat Club coordinates numerous events annually for members and the general public.

Without the Board oversight and members assistance, these events would not be offered. The officers of the Board of Directors (Board) are resident members who volunteer to serve for a one-year period – January 1 through December 31.
